Introduction:
SDV is a collection of various SDV- and related sites. Up to July 2004 we used an external
colocated hosting provider. However, our demands grew higher and the provided
service was showing it's gaps every now and then.
That was the point at which we decided to create our own hosting provider:
SDV Web Services.

SDV Web Services currently consists of one colocated webserver which has been
configured as a 2.4GHz Intel machine with 1.5 GigaByte of RAM and 200 Giga-
Bytes of Hard Drive space! The webserver is housed at the Redbus colocation
center in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The internet interface to our webserver
is currently running at 100 MegaBit per second, though our server is capable of
1 GigaBit: we automatically switch to this high performance as soon as it's enabled!

On our high standards webserver we also provice webspace with FTP, SSH shell
and MySQL database. Of course the PHP scripting language can be used! You have
access to statistics and management tools using our secure webinterface. You get
an E-mail address with POP and WebMail interface. We have a no-nonsense policy, so
we leave you as free as possible when you decide to host with us. Last but not least:
